Terms of Service

By using Filemynt, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Filemynt provides browser-based PDF tools. You upload files over HTTPS to Filemynt servers, which run the operation you request and let you download a result. The service is offered as-is, without guaranteed uptime or a specific output quality for every file.

Individual files are limited to 50 MB. Free access may include rate limits. Uploads are stored only long enough to process and download; they expire after one hour and are deleted by a periodic cleanup job (typically within about one to two hours). Keep your own copy of anything important.

Your responsibilities

You must have the right to upload and process the files you submit
You must not use Filemynt for unlawful, abusive, or harmful content
You are responsible for downloading results before files are deleted

Advertising and analytics

Filemynt may display Google AdSense advertisements and may use Google Analytics 4 (and, if configured, Microsoft Clarity) to understand site usage. These services use cookies or similar technologies. They do not receive the contents of your uploaded PDFs. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Limitations

PDF repair, compression, and conversion results depend on the source file. Some operations may not succeed on corrupted, encrypted, or unusual documents. We show honest outcomes, including when a file is already optimized. Unlocking a PDF requires the correct password; Filemynt does not crack passwords.

Availability

We may change, limit, or discontinue features without notice.

Liability

Filemynt is provided without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including data loss after files expire and are deleted.
