To get a faster answer
If something went wrong with a specific file, tell us which tool you used, what you expected, and what happened instead. Because files expire after one hour and are then deleted by a cleanup job (typically within about one to two hours), we usually cannot inspect your original document — so a clear description matters more than a screenshot after the fact.
