Filemynt is built around ephemeral file handling. We process your PDFs so you can finish your work — not to build a profile on you or reuse your documents.

What we collect

• Files you upload for processing (temporarily)
• Basic technical logs (errors, request timing) to keep the service reliable
• Anonymous product analytics (such as tool usage and processing events) to improve Filemynt. We do not collect or store the contents of your files.

What we do not do

• We do not require accounts
• We do not use your files to train AI models
• We do not sell your documents or personal data
• We do not keep files after the auto-delete window

File retention

Uploaded and processed files are automatically deleted within one hour. Treat downloads as your copy — we cannot recover files after deletion.

Security

All traffic uses HTTPS. Files are processed on our servers only for the operation you request, then removed on schedule. While we use industry-standard security measures, no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Third parties

We use trusted infrastructure providers for hosting, storage, and monitoring. These providers process data only to deliver the service. We may also use analytics services that process technical data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. Your PDF content is not shared for advertising purposes.
