Common orientation problems
Scanned letters uploaded sideways, mixed portrait/landscape exports from office suites, and phone PDF captures are the usual reasons people need rotate.

Rotate only what needs it
If one appendix page is landscape and the rest are portrait, select those pages instead of spinning the whole document.
Then finish the job
After orientation is fixed, continue with merge, page numbers, or protect — still the same upload.
Common questions
- Does this rotate all pages?
- By default yes. You can limit rotation to specific pages (for example 1-3,5) when only part of the document is wrong.
- Will text stay selectable?
- Rotation changes page orientation; it does not rasterize text into an image. Selectable text stays selectable in typical PDFs.
- Phone photos and scans
- Mobile captures and feeder scanners often land rotated. Fix orientation once, then compress if the file is still large.
- Do you keep rotated PDFs?
- Your file is transmitted over HTTPS, rotated, and then deleted within one hour. Filemynt does not retain copies or use your pages for training or advertising.
